We offer free Delivery on every rental that is booked with Olson Party Rentals. There is a $50.00 Installation fee on every order under $200.00

A sprinkler system in the yard is not an issue. We ask the homeowners to locate the sprinkler heads and from there our trained installers will take over and install the tent. 

A 20×20 tent can fit anywhere from 36 to 48 people. It just depends if you want to cap the ends of the tables with addtional chairs. 

We install on level grass surfaces only at this time.
